Our business model and our brand proposition have resulted in a scalable success that can be transferred to other countries. Our goal is to improve the refurbishment experience for both the licensee and the end customer, using technology and our retail stores as the anchor point of the ATR 360º experience. To make this a reality, we have at our side important strategic partners such as Iberdrola, Roca Group Ventures, Seaya Ventures (Glovo and Cabify investors) and Banc Sabadell.

Founded in 2022, Roca Group Ventures is the CVC and open innovation platform of the Roca Group. It invests in innovative projects that identify new customer needs, promote the digitalization of the company and support sustainability, with the clear objective of improving the value creation of the Roca Group, the world leader in the creation of bathrooms.

Seaya raised its first funding in 2013 and currently manages over €650 million across five early-stage venture funds. Seaya accelerates the growth of startups by leveraging the founder’s strategic vision, providing them with Seaya’s global platform, its extensive network of founders, investors and multinational corporations, as well as all its experience in the global expansion of companies such as Glovo, Cabify, Wallbox (NYSE:WBX), Spotahome, Clarity AI, Clicars, Alma and RatedPower.
